Throughout this website, the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' really refer to just 'me' as I am a sole trader. I am a jeweller that is dead set committed to delivering very rare, a-one, handmade jewellery to you. I'm just trying to make your life a Christmas day basically... Here are some terms and conditions on which I agree to supply products to you ordered from my lil web shop franticromanticrings.com Highkey, these terms and conditions are pretty... pretty... pretty important so please read them carefully before you place your order with me. OUR PRODUCTS
Each piece of FRANTIC ROMANTIC jewellery is handmade to order with love. There may be slight variations from piece to piece and from the image(s) on the online store. Each piece is totally unique. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production time. Please email us at hi@franticromanticrings.com prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns regarding production times and delivery.
YOUR ORDER
Our acceptance of your order will occur when we email you confirmation with your allocated order number, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. If we cannot accept your order we will notify you of this asap. Should you need to contact us about your order, it will help us if you can tell us your order number.
SHIPPING
FRANTIC ROMANTIC ships worldwide, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Service with tracking^ and signature on delivery option. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit (FYI there is an option to purchase 'Extra Cover' insurance at checkout). We are also not responsible for any late deliveries caused by third party postal services. Please ensure you enter your correct shipping address at checkout, as we are not liable for any incorrect deliveries due to input errors.

PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). At this point in time, FRANTIC ROMANTIC only accepts payment for orders/goods via PayPal. Financial transactions are passed through Shopify and Paypal, both trusted, industry-standard services. Orders are commenced and then dispatched once we have received payment in full.
RETURNS
FRANTIC ROMANTIC does not accept returns and does not offer exchanges, replacements, credit notes, or issue refunds on items damaged or lost in transit, or for change of mind so please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you might have about an item before purchasing. We only accept returns in the rare instance that a piece has a manufacture fault. Please refer to section “Repairs”.
REPAIRS
Here at FRANTIC ROMANTIC we take pride in producing and delivering quality handcrafted jewellery. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault, we will organise for the piece to be repaired or replaced free of charge. The piece must be returned to us in original or sturdy packaging to prevent crushing in post and within 6 months of original purchase date.
Refunds are only issued if the piece received has a major fault. We only issue refunds within 90 days of original purchase date. If a piece is found to be faulty after 90 days of original purchase date, it still may be eligible for repair at no cost. After our inspection, if the piece you received is deemed faulty we will credit the bank account that you initially paid with.
Before returning an item to us for repairs, replacement or a refund please contact us via email at hi@franticromanticrings.com and include the following information:
* Your full name and address
* Your order number
* Photographic evidence of the fault
* A brief description of the fault
* Please note we reserve the right to not repair or replace an item, or issue a refund if the above requirements are not fulfilled and/or if we do not consider the item to have a manufacturing fault upon inspection. Manufacturing faults do not include: General wear and tear, pieces that have been bent out of shape, twisted, snapped, scratched, oxidised, or have faded plating.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order please email us at hi@franticromanticrings.com as soon as possible. Please be aware that orders that have already been commenced (handcrafted) and/or have been dispatched will not be cancelled.
RING SIZING
Accurately sizing your finger is very simple. To calculate your ring size you can click here or here. Another precise way to size your finger is to pop into your local jewellers and have them size you. Alternatively, we can send you a free ring sizing tool to determine your ring size. Just email your full postal address to hi@franticromanticrings.com, include "Ring Sizing Tool" in the subject line and we’ll send one out to you!
Due to the solid and often textured nature of our designs we only provide a limited re-sizing service. We can make a slight size adjustment free of charge, which will increase the size of the ring by half a size to one full size (depending on the design).
* Please note if returning an item for slight size amendment, the customer is responsible for the return shipping of their order as well as the re-shipping fee back to them (this fee is invoiced to you via email, re-sizing is commenced once payment is received). Please send items with the signature on delivery option.
CARE INFO
FRANTIC ROMANTIC strongly suggests to always remove jewellery prior to showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping and/or similar activities. Avoid exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals, detergents, perfumes, lotions and hair products. Taking these aforementioned measures will ensure your jewellery maintains its lustre for longer. Sterling silver may tarnish over time, we highly recommend using warm mild soapy water to clean your jewellery. A metal specific polishing cloth can also be used to help rejuvenate your piece.
PRIVACY POLICY
FRANTIC ROMANTIC is committed to protecting the privacy of those who use and order products on our website franticromanticrings.com Personal information you may provide to us (when using the website, purchasing products or communicating with us) including your name, address, email, phone number and payment details will be kept strictly private and secured.
We do not share/swap/sell any of your personal details with anyone or any company. We do not record any of your credit card information under any circumstances (your financial details are passed through Shopify and Paypal, both trusted, industry-standard services).
FRANTIC ROMANTIC respects and protects the privacy of your personal information and it will only be used as required for the following purposes:
* Taking and fulfilling your order
* Processing payment for your order and obtaining credit authorisation from your card issuer
* Contacting you with queries about your order
* Contacting you with any relevant information about us, our website and our products
* Please note that we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard data (and only endeavour to be affiliated with third parties who provide equal protections). However, the transmission of data via the internet is not always completely secure. We do our best to protect your data but we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our website and any transmission is at your own risk.
